青年事工的目標
Aims of the Youth Ministry
接觸年輕人，鼓勵他們加入義工隊活動。
青少年團與國際青少年聯合會（IYF）合作”，負責組織本地和海外青年活動，如文化交流、心靈素質教育、青年營、青年團契/分享和義工計劃。
鼓勵年輕人參加為期一年在發展中國家的“用我們的青春換取他人的心” 海外義工計劃。
- Reaching out young people and encourage them to join the volunteer team activities.
- The Youth Group co-operate with the International Youth Fellowship (IYF)"–IYF is responsible for organizing youth activities such as cultural exchange, mindset education, youth camps, youth group fellowship/sharing, and volunteer programs.
- Encouraging young people to join a One-year Volunteer Program“ To exchange the heart of others with our Youth ” in developing countries.
要求：
Requirements:
大學畢業加上兩年以上的工作經驗。
有海外生活經驗，特別是在發展中國家。
熱衷於青年和跨文化工作。
願意與不同種族和民族的青年一起工作。
- University graduate plus 2 more years working experience.
- Having experience living in overseas, especially in developing countries.
- Enthusiastic in youth and cross culture works.
- Willing to work with the youth with different race and ethnic groups.
