青年事工的目標
Aims of the Youth Ministry
接觸年輕人，鼓勵他們加入義工隊活動。
青少年團與國際青少年聯合會（IYF）合作”，負責組織本地和海外青年活動，如文化交流、心靈素質教育、青年營、青年團契/分享和義工計劃。
鼓勵年輕人參加為期一年在發展中國家的“用我們的青春換取他人的心” 海外義工計劃。
Reaching out young people and encourage them to join the volunteer team activities.
The Youth Group co-operate with the International Youth Fellowship (IYF)"–IYF is responsible for organizing youth activities such as cultural exchange, mindset education, youth camps, youth group fellowship/sharing, and volunteer programs.
Encouraging young people to join a One-year Volunteer Program“ To exchange the heart of others with our Youth ” in developing countries.
要求：
Requirements:
大學畢業加上兩年以上的工作經驗。
有海外生活經驗，特別是在發展中國家。
熱衷於青年和跨文化工作。
願意與不同種族和民族的青年一起工作。
University graduate plus 2 more years working experience.
Having experience living in overseas, especially in developing countries.
Enthusiastic in youth and cross culture works.
Willing to work with the youth with different race and ethnic groups.
